Kioxia Acquires Chubu Toshiba Engineering

Kioxia Holdings Corporation completed the acquisition of Chubu Toshiba Engineering Corporation from Toshiba Digital Solutions Corporation to strengthen the Kioxia Group’s technology development and engineering capabilities. The business will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary under the name Kioxia Engineering Corporation, based in Nagoya, Aichi Prefecture, Japan, and is expected to deliver synergies across design, operation and production of Kioxia’s manufacturing plants.
