KYOCERA AVX is acquiring the assets, people, and IP of Bliley Technologies and will operate the acquired business under KYOCERA AVX Components Corporation. The asset transfer expands KYOCERA AVX's crystal device portfolio and brings Bliley’s low-noise frequency control products, patents, and a certified Erie, Pennsylvania manufacturing facility into KYOCERA AVX to better serve aerospace, defense, satellite and telecommunications markets.
