Mobilitie Acquires Signal Point Systems to Expand 5G Connectivity on U.S. Military Bases

Mobilitie, a BAI Communications company, has acquired Signal Point Systems, a telecommunications infrastructure provider focused on U.S. military installations. The deal (closed May 11, 2022) brings Signal Point’s DoD-focused tower, small cell, fiber and in-building capabilities into Mobilitie’s national neutral-host and 5G footprint to accelerate connectivity for service members and military communities.
