BAI Communications Acquires Mobilitie from Shamrock Capital

BAI Communications has completed the acquisition of Mobilitie, a leading privately held U.S. wireless infrastructure company, from Shamrock Capital. The deal brings Mobilitie’s portfolio — including 220 venue DAS networks, ~10,000 small cells and ~300 tower sites plus transit contracts — into the BAI Group to expand its neutral-host 5G and connectivity footprint across North America.
