Mobilitie, a BAI Communications company, has acquired Signal Point Systems, a telecommunications infrastructure provider focused on U.S. military installations. The deal (closed May 11, 2022) brings Signal Point’s DoD-focused tower, small cell, fiber and in-building capabilities into Mobilitie’s national neutral-host and 5G footprint to accelerate connectivity for service members and military communities.

BAI Communications Acquires ZenFi Networks

The deal expands BAI's North American footprint and capability across the New York–New Jersey metro region (including LinkNYC rights and ~1,100 route miles of fiber) and is positioned to accelerate the company's 5G infrastructure growth in the United States.

InteractiveTel Acquires Assets of TruMobility
