BAI Communications Acquires ZenFi Networks

BAI Communications has agreed to acquire ZenFi Networks, an East Coast US provider of small cell deployment, fiber connectivity, network edge colocation and related digital infrastructure services. The deal expands BAI's North American footprint and capability across the New York–New Jersey metro region (including LinkNYC rights and ~1,100 route miles of fiber) and is positioned to accelerate the company's 5G infrastructure growth in the United States.
