Engineering USA, the North American subsidiary of the Engineering Group, has acquired Movilitas, a global digital supply chain and digital manufacturing consulting firm. The transaction represents Keystone Capital’s exit from its investment in Movilitas; financial terms were not disclosed. The deal expands Engineering Group’s capabilities in SAP-led supply chain and manufacturing transformation across North America and Europe.
