Circet USA, the U.S. arm of global network infrastructure provider Circet, has acquired CACI Communications, a Kansas City–area aerial and underground telecom construction contractor. The acquisition expands Circet USA’s capacity and capabilities in fiber optic aerial/underground construction and fiber splicing to better serve national telecom and internet service providers.

Circet USA Acquires SourceOne

Gemini Investors completed two investments: a recapitalization of American Standard Circuits (a U.S.-based printed circuit board designer and manufacturer) alongside management, and the acquisition of The Cable Company (a specialty online retailer of high-end audio/video cables). Gemini will partner with ASC's management to support the company's manufacturing operations across defense, aerospace, automotive, medical and industrial end markets and will operate The Cable Company as a consumer-facing e-commerce business serving audiophiles.

BluMetric Environmental Inc., a publicly traded Canadian environmental consulting and engineering firm, acquired Gemini Water, LLC, a Gainesville, Florida-based designer and builder of large-scale desalination and wastewater treatment systems. The acquisition, which closed September 23, 2024, expands BluMetric's cleantech product line and geographic footprint into the U.S. and Caribbean markets and aims to accelerate Gemini Water's order backlog execution.

American Standard Circuits Acquires Sunstone Circuits

Vortex Companies Acquires Tri-State Utilities and Pipe Vision from National Underground Group

Vortex Companies, LLC has acquired Tri-State Utilities and Pipe Vision from National Underground Group, a portfolio company of ORIX Capital Partners. The Virginia-based businesses provide trenchless pipeline rehabilitation, pipe cleaning and inspection services and will expand Vortex's capabilities and geographic footprint across the Mid-Atlantic and Southeastern United States. Financial terms were not disclosed.
