Gemini Investors portfolio company American Standard Circuits has completed the acquisition of Sunstone Circuits, a Mulino, Oregon-based manufacturer of quick-turn printed circuit boards. The add-on expands ASC's prototyping and quick-turn capabilities, adding online design and ordering tools and broader capacity to serve engineers across electronics, medical and industrial end markets.

Circet USA Acquires Gemini Communications (Blue Streak and CCU) to Expand OSP Services

(ICS), an ISO 9001 certified manufacturer of custom cables, harnesses, electro-mechanical assemblies and industrial panels based in Longmont, Colorado. The acquisition is an add-on to TPC's newly formed Engineered Products Division to expand capabilities and product offerings into high-reliability end markets such as medical, semiconductor/test & measurement, aerospace and defense.
