Forensic Access Group, a portfolio company of Limerston Capital, has acquired FTS (Forensic Testing Service), a West Yorkshire–based toxicology testing provider focused on family law and childcare proceedings. The transaction is the fifth bolt-on to Forensic Access’s platform and is intended to expand toxicology capacity, capabilities and diversify the group’s client base.

Dover Corporation Acquires Criteria Labs

The business will join Dover's Microwave Products Group within its Engineered Products segment to expand capabilities for size, weight and power (SWaP)-sensitive applications across aerospace, defense, semiconductor, automotive and medical end markets.

Cherokee Federal Acquires Criterion Systems

Cherokee Federal, the federal contracting division of Cherokee Nation Businesses, has acquired Criterion Systems, a Vienna, Virginia-based cybersecurity and IT services firm. The deal brings Criterion’s more than 450 professionals and capabilities in cybersecurity, cloud/data center management, IT infrastructure operations and systems engineering into Cherokee Federal to bolster its federal IT and security offerings.

The acquisitions expand TSS's testing, inspection, certification and commissioning capabilities across cleanrooms, medical gas systems and validation engineering to better serve pharmaceutical, biotechnology and healthcare customers.

Fibronostics Acquires Stone Clinical Laboratories

The deal strengthens Fibronostics' R&D and testing capabilities, combining Stone Clinical's laboratory expertise with Fibronostics' proprietary LIVERFASt platform to support biomarker development, clinical validation, and collaborations with biopharma and healthcare partners.
