Cherokee Federal Acquires Criterion Systems

Cherokee Federal, the federal contracting division of Cherokee Nation Businesses, has acquired Criterion Systems, a Vienna, Virginia-based cybersecurity and IT services firm. The deal brings Criterion’s more than 450 professionals and capabilities in cybersecurity, cloud/data center management, IT infrastructure operations and systems engineering into Cherokee Federal to bolster its federal IT and security offerings.
