Chenega Corporation Acquires SecuriGence LLC

Chenega Corporation, an Alaska Native government services contractor, has acquired SecuriGence LLC, a Washington, D.C. metro–based cybersecurity and systems engineering firm. The acquisition expands Chenega’s Military, Intelligence and Operations Support (MIOS) capabilities and adds technical cybersecurity, systems engineering, and cloud capabilities to support additional Defense and federal intelligence customers.
