SLIPNOT, a Detroit-based provider of safety flooring and surface technologies, has acquired Connecticut-based Amstep Products, a maker of epoxy-coated stair treads and nosings. The acquisition — completed with strategic support from Victor Capital Partners — expands SLIPNOT’s stair safety product portfolio and broadens its end-market coverage across healthcare, commercial/retail, municipal and marine sectors.
