CVC DIF (via DIF Infrastructure VII) has agreed to acquire a 49.9% stake in ECO, a leading hazardous waste management company in Singapore, with Séché Environnement retaining a 50.1% majority. The investment — CVC DIF's first in Asia — will partner CVC DIF's infrastructure expertise with Séché's operational experience to support ECO's growth across Southeast Asia.
