C Spire has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Troy Cablevision, Inc., with the transaction also including Union Springs Telephone Company, Inc. The deal expands C Spire’s fiber-based broadband footprint in Alabama’s Wiregrass region, enabling expanded residential and business broadband, cable TV, and IT services across multiple counties.
