Videotron Acquires Cablovision Warwick

Videotron has acquired Cablovision Warwick Inc., a family-owned regional cable and internet provider serving Warwick, Kingsey Falls and Saint-Félix-de-Kingsey in Centre-du-Québec. Videotron said it will invest in the acquired network and migrate customers to its Helix platform to offer expanded services to residents and local businesses.
