Anduril Industries Acquires Blue Force Technologies

Anduril Industries has acquired Blue Force Technologies, a North Carolina-based developer and manufacturer of large autonomous aircraft and composite aerostructures, including the Fury group‑5 autonomous air vehicle. The acquisition expands Anduril's autonomous portfolio into large, high-performance unmanned aircraft and will support expanded manufacturing operations in North Carolina; terms were not disclosed.

Nauticus Robotics Acquires 3D at Depth

Nauticus Robotics (NASDAQ: KITT) agreed to acquire 3D at Depth, a Colorado-based subsea LiDAR and inspection services provider, in an all-stock transaction valuing the deal at approximately $34 million (before adjustments) and assuming about $4.1 million of debt. The acquisition brings 3D's subsea laser LiDAR technology, data services, and patent portfolio to Nauticus, expanding its autonomous underwater capabilities and commercial addressable market in offshore energy and renewables.

Area-I will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of Anduril, expanding Anduril’s hardware portfolio and accelerating development of mission autonomy, intelligent teaming and related defense capabilities.

Danelec Acquires Nautilus Labs' AI Technology Platform

Copenhagen-based Danelec has acquired the AI-based technology platform from New York-based Nautilus Labs to combine Danelec’s onboard data capture hardware and install base with Nautilus Labs’ fleet-performance analytics. The deal adds vessel optimization and advanced machine-learning analytics to Danelec’s offering, while the Nautilus platform will continue to operate and support existing customers under Danelec ownership.

Teledyne Technologies Acquires Valeport Holdings

Teledyne Technologies has entered into an agreement to acquire Valeport Holdings Limited, a Totnes, United Kingdom–based designer and manufacturer of underwater sensors and oceanographic instrumentation. Valeport's product portfolio—sound velocity probes, current and flow meters, CTD sensors and multi-parameter profilers—will join Teledyne Marine to expand Teledyne's subsea technology offerings; terms were not disclosed.

Subsea Global Solutions Acquires Underwater Contractors (Singapore) and Gray Diving Services (Australia)

Ltd. in Australia to expand its Asia‑Pacific footprint. The deals increase Subsea Global Solutions' number of home ports to 13 and strengthen its commercial diving and marine services capabilities in key ports such as Singapore and Sydney.
