Anduril Industries has acquired Boston-based Dive Technologies, a developer and manufacturer of autonomous underwater vehicles (AUVs). The acquisition expands Anduril's unmanned systems capability into the undersea domain, accelerating production and integration of Dive's modular DIVE-LD platform with Anduril's autonomy software.

The acquisition brings 3D's subsea laser LiDAR technology, data services, and patent portfolio to Nauticus, expanding its autonomous underwater capabilities and commercial addressable market in offshore energy and renewables.
