(Nasdaq: CSSE) closed its acquisition of the film and television assets of Sonar Entertainment, Inc., adding hundreds of films and over 372 television series to its library. The deal expands CSSE’s IP ownership to support its AVOD streaming strategy, improves margins, and accelerates launch of a Chicken Soup for the Soul-branded AVOD network.
