LDC Invests £11m in James and James Fulfilment

Mid-market private equity investor LDC has made an £11 million growth investment in James and James Fulfilment to support expansion of its software-enabled e-fulfilment proposition. The capital will fund a new larger UK fulfilment centre, enhancements to the ControlPort platform and expansion of client service and commercial teams while LDC takes board seats alongside the existing management team.
