LDC Invests in DSP to Drive International Growth

LDC, the private equity arm of Lloyds Banking Group, has acquired DSP, a UK-based Oracle-focused database, cloud and applications managed service provider, in a deal that marks an exit for YFM Equity Partners. The investment will support DSP’s international expansion into North America and Europe and further build its product and service capabilities; DSP reports circa £30m revenue and around 200 employees across the UK and Ireland.

DSP Acquires Explorer UK

Synaptics Acquires DSP Group

The deal will integrate DigitalESP into Valtech's North American unit (headquartered in Addison, Texas) to expand Valtech's IBM WebSphere capabilities and strengthen its presence in the U.S. insurance and financial services markets.
