DSP Acquires Explorer UK

DSP, a UK database management and cloud services provider backed by YFM Equity Partners, has acquired Explorer UK to create one of the largest independent Oracle partners in the United Kingdom. The deal broadens DSP's database and infrastructure consultancy and managed-services capabilities, with Explorer’s MD joining the DSP board and DSP’s CEO becoming Group CEO.

DSP (LDC-backed) Acquires Canada-based Eclipsys Solutions

LDC-backed DSP, a UK-based database, cloud and applications managed service provider, has acquired Ottawa-headquartered Eclipsys Solutions to strengthen its Oracle Cloud services and accelerate expansion into North America. The deal is DSP's first since investment from LDC and increases the combined group's Oracle capability and geographic footprint, bringing combined revenues above £75m and a headcount of roughly 250 across the UK, Ireland and North America.

LDC Invests in DSP to Drive International Growth

LDC, the private equity arm of Lloyds Banking Group, has acquired DSP, a UK-based Oracle-focused database, cloud and applications managed service provider, in a deal that marks an exit for YFM Equity Partners. The investment will support DSP’s international expansion into North America and Europe and further build its product and service capabilities; DSP reports circa £30m revenue and around 200 employees across the UK and Ireland.

EXL Acquires Clairvoyant

EXL Corporation acquired Clairvoyant, a data, AI and cloud engineering services firm, to strengthen EXL's analytics and cloud capabilities. Clairvoyant — headquartered in Phoenix with more than 550 employees — will join EXL’s Analytics segment to support clients in insurance, healthcare, financial services and retail; the transaction closed in Q4 2021.

Codestone Acquires Clarivos

Codestone, an FPE Capital-backed SAP and Microsoft partner, acquired SAP ERP, Analytics and EPM specialist Clarivos in a deal that closed on 3 May 2022. The acquisition adds over 70 Clarivos employees and is expected to generate approximately £10 million in incremental revenue and £2 million in incremental adjusted EBITDA over the next 12 months while expanding Codestone's SAP Cloud ERP, EPM and analytics capabilities.

Accelalpha Acquires Frontera Consulting

The deal is an add-on to Accelalpha’s platform intended to expand Oracle Cloud delivery capabilities and geographic reach across the U.S., U.K. and Asia.
