Trinity Acquires 50% Stake in Omni San Diego Hotel

An investment fund managed by Trinity Fund Advisors LLC (on behalf of Trinity GP Fund I L.P.) acquired a 50% interest in the 511‑key Omni San Diego Hotel from JMI Realty. Omni Hotels & Resorts retains the remaining 50% and will continue to manage the property. Trinity and Omni plan a multimillion‑dollar capital improvement program to renovate guestrooms, reimagine food & beverage, and reposition the hotel to capture higher-rated transient and group demand in the growing San Diego market.

Waverly Advisors Acquires Omni Wealth Advisors

Welltower announced approximately $23 billion of transactions to deepen its focus on seniors housing, including a £5.2 billion acquisition of a Barchester‑operated UK real estate portfolio and a £1.2 billion purchase of the complete HC‑One‑operated portfolio. The company is also under contract or closed roughly $4 billion of North American seniors housing acquisitions (about 150 communities / 12,000 units) and will divest an 18 million‑square‑foot outpatient medical portfolio in a $7.2 billion transaction to Remedy Medical Properties to fund the strategy.

The investment, the sixth for Nuveen Climate Inclusion Fund II, will support Ally’s national growth and deepen its capabilities in distributed clean energy, electrical infrastructure upgrades, and energy-efficiency projects.
