Nuveen Acquires Omni Holding Company's Affordable Housing Portfolio

Nuveen, the asset manager for TIAA, is acquiring a portfolio of affordable housing assets and operating capabilities from Omni Holding Company, expanding Nuveen’s affordable housing AUM to $6.4 billion. The deal transfers Omni’s development, construction, maintenance and management capabilities to Nuveen and strengthens the firm’s ability to preserve and expand high-quality affordable housing across U.S. urban markets.

EY Acquires Nuvalence

EY US has acquired Nuvalence, a Troy, New York-based IT consulting firm with more than 140 engineers, product managers, and architects across the US, Canada and Colombia. The acquisition expands EY's technology advisory, modernization, digital platforms and data/AI capabilities, building on Nuvalence's work including an AI-embedded fleet management platform for an automotive manufacturer.

The deal combines MedBright's AI-enabled clinical solutions with Numinus' clinic operations and psychedelic-assisted therapy expertise to AI-enable mental health clinics across the U.S. and strengthen the combined company's path to revenue growth and positive EBITDA.
