Elliott Aviation Acquires Four Points Aero Services

Elliott Aviation, a portfolio company of Summit Park, has completed the acquisition of Four Points Aero Services, a full-service aircraft repair (MRO) facility located at Dallas Love Field in Dallas, Texas. The add-on expands Elliott's MRO footprint in the U.S. and strengthens its airframe and avionics maintenance capabilities in the Texas market.

Precision Aviation Group Acquires Turner Aviation

The deal marks PAG's entry into the EMEA region and is the tenth add-on acquisition for PAG under GenNx360, expanding the platform's global MRO capabilities and technical footprint.

Summit Park Completes Majority Recapitalization of Elliott Aviation

Charlotte-based private equity firm Summit Park completed a majority recapitalization of Elliott Aviation, a Moline, Illinois-based provider of MRO, FBO and aircraft sales/brokerage services. Stellus Capital Management provided unitranche debt financing to support the transaction, and Elliott's founder Wynn Elliott retains a minority ownership stake while Summit Park will partner with management to pursue growth.

Modern Aviation Acquires Elliott Aviation's Des Moines FBO

Modern Aviation has closed the acquisition of the fixed-base operator (FBO) assets and operations at Des Moines International Airport from Elliott Aviation, expanding Modern's national network to thirteen locations. The Des Moines FBO operates on a 17-acre leasehold with substantial hangar and office space; Elliott will retain and continue to operate its MRO business on the airfield. Modern Aviation is backed by Tiger Infrastructure Partners.

The Blackhawk Group Acquires Glendale Aero Services' MRO Business

The Blackhawk Group, a portfolio company of New State Capital Partners, has acquired the Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) business of Glendale Aero Services and will rebrand the operation as a Blackhawk Performance Center (BPC-Glendale). The acquisition expands The Blackhawk Group’s Performance Center network and adds specialized Cirrus SR/Vision Jet and Cessna MRO, CAPS and avionics capabilities; Glendale’s Director of Maintenance, John Fisher, will remain in place. Terms were not disclosed.
