GenNx360 Capital Partners Acquires Majority Stake in AeroRepair Corp

GenNx360 Capital Partners has acquired a majority interest in AeroRepair Corp, a North American provider of wheel, brake, landing gear and component MRO services headquartered in Manchester, New Hampshire. The transaction represents a sale by Weinberg Capital Group, which had owned AeroRepair since 2012; management will remain in place as GenNx360 pursues organic and inorganic growth initiatives to expand the business.

The acquisition expands Aero 3's parts distribution capabilities and North American logistics footprint while keeping Aircrafters' management in place.
