Aero 3, Inc., a GenNx360 Capital Partners portfolio company and parent of AeroRepair, Aircrafters and Hemico, has acquired Skywheels Ltd., a Cheshire, England-based wheel and brake repair and overhaul provider for the aviation industry. The acquisition adds a U.K./EMEA footprint to Aero 3's existing North American network and is intended to expand Aero 3's product, parts exchange and MRO capabilities across Europe.

GenNx360 Capital Partners Acquires Majority Stake in AeroRepair Corp

GenNx360 Capital Partners has acquired a majority interest in AeroRepair Corp, a North American provider of wheel, brake, landing gear and component MRO services headquartered in Manchester, New Hampshire. The transaction represents a sale by Weinberg Capital Group, which had owned AeroRepair since 2012; management will remain in place as GenNx360 pursues organic and inorganic growth initiatives to expand the business.

VSE Corporation Acquires Aero 3 from GenNx360 Capital Partners

VSE Corporation has completed the acquisition of GenNx/AeroRepair IntermediateCo Inc., the parent company of Aero 3, from GenNx360 Capital Partners for $350 million in cash (subject to working capital adjustments). The deal expands VSE's global aviation aftermarket distribution and MRO capabilities—particularly in wheel and brake repair and distribution—and was funded with proceeds from VSE's October 2025 public offering.

AeroRepair Corp Acquires Landmerk Inc.

The deal is AeroRepair's second add-on since GenNx360's 2019 investment and expands the platform's wheels-and-brakes MRO footprint and 24/7 AOG capabilities in South Florida.

The add-on strengthens Aero Accessories' MRO capabilities across avionics, electro-mechanical and other complex aircraft components and expands its presence in the commercial, cargo and defense aftermarket; terms were not disclosed.
