Aero 3, Inc., the parent of AeroRepair and a portfolio company of GenNx360 Capital Partners, has acquired Aircrafters, Inc., a New Castle, Delaware–based distributor of aircraft wheel and brake parts and provider of exchange asset pools. The acquisition expands Aero 3's parts distribution capabilities and North American logistics footprint while keeping Aircrafters' management in place.

Aero 3, Inc., a GenNx360 Capital Partners portfolio company and parent of AeroRepair, Aircrafters and Hemico, has acquired Skywheels Ltd., a Cheshire, England-based wheel and brake repair and overhaul provider for the aviation industry. The acquisition adds a U.K./EMEA footprint to Aero 3's existing North American network and is intended to expand Aero 3's product, parts exchange and MRO capabilities across Europe.

VSE Corporation Acquires Global Parts Group, Inc.

VSE Corporation (NASDAQ: VSEC) acquired privately held Global Parts Group, Inc. in an all-cash transaction valued at approximately $38 million. The deal brings Global Parts' airframe-focused distribution and hydraulics/pneumatics MRO capabilities in Augusta, Kansas into VSE Aviation, expanding VSE's product and repair offerings to the business & general aviation market and adding access to more than 3,000 B&GA customers and ~ $65 million of 2020 revenue.

VSE Corporation Acquires Kellstrom Aerospace Group

VSE Corporation (NASDAQ: VSEC) has completed the acquisition of Kellstrom Aerospace Group, Inc., a portfolio company of AE Industrial Partners, expanding VSE Aviation's distribution and MRO capabilities in the commercial engine aftermarket. VSE said the deal was funded with cash (approximately $185 million) and 172,414 common shares (subject to working capital adjustments); AE Industrial Partners' announcement characterized the sale as $200 million.

VSE Corporation Acquires Turbine Controls, LLC

VSE Corporation has completed the acquisition of Turbine Controls, LLC, a provider of aftermarket repair and overhaul (MRO) services for engine components and airframe accessories, for approximately $120 million (about $110 million cash and $10 million in stock). The acquisition strengthens VSE's Aviation segment by expanding repair capabilities, adding OEM relationships, and enhancing its position in the commercial engine MRO aftermarket.

AeroRepair Corp Acquires Landmerk Inc.

GenNx360 Capital Partners portfolio company AeroRepair Corp has acquired Landmerk Inc., an FAA/EASA-certified aircraft wheel and brake repair station based in South Miami, Florida. The deal is AeroRepair's second add-on since GenNx360's 2019 investment and expands the platform's wheels-and-brakes MRO footprint and 24/7 AOG capabilities in South Florida.
