Great Lakes Grounds Management Acquires Commercial Landscape Division of Evergreen Tree & Lawncare Inc.

Amherst-based Great Lakes Grounds Management acquired the commercial landscape maintenance division of Elyria-based Evergreen Tree & Lawncare Inc., assuming commercial customer accounts, equipment and employees. The carved-out deal expands Great Lakes' service footprint in Lorain and Cuyahoga counties and is the company's third and largest acquisition since 2018.

Schill Grounds Management Acquires Enviroscapes

Schill Grounds Management Acquires The Ohio Valley Group's Commercial Division

Schill Grounds Management, a portfolio company of Argonne Capital Group, has purchased the commercial division of The Ohio Valley Group in a carve-out add-on that expands Schill's service area to the east side of Cleveland. About a dozen commercial employees, equipment and use of a portion of The Ohio Valley Group's facilities will transfer to Schill while the Dangelos retain residential operations and pursue other ventures.

(ILM), a Parsippany, New Jersey–based provider of commercial landscaping, irrigation design/installation, drainage and fertilization services. The deal expands Riverview's Northern New Jersey footprint and irrigation/snow-management capabilities and is the company's 19th acquisition since 2022; ILM founder Steven Raibick will remain involved in a consulting capacity.
