Schill Grounds Management has acquired Enviroscapes, a family-owned commercial landscaping and snow/ice removal business based in Louisville, Ohio. The deal brings Enviroscapes' ~200 employees into Schill's platform (adding to Schill's ~400 staff) and expands Schill's footprint into the Akron/Canton and Youngstown markets as part of broader Midwest growth.

TLC will continue operating under its name with its leadership joining Schill's Canada operations; the deals are part of Schill's ongoing roll-up strategy (Schill is a platform backed by Argonne Capital Group) and bring the combined team to roughly 775 employees.
