Schill Grounds Management Acquires TLC Landscaping and Grounds Elite

Schill Grounds Management has acquired TLC Landscaping (London, Ontario) — its first international acquisition — to expand into the Greater Toronto Area, and separately purchased Grounds Elite, LLC in Cincinnati to deepen its southwest Ohio footprint. TLC will continue operating under its name with its leadership joining Schill's Canada operations; the deals are part of Schill's ongoing roll-up strategy (Schill is a platform backed by Argonne Capital Group) and bring the combined team to roughly 775 employees.

The carved-out deal expands Great Lakes' service footprint in Lorain and Cuyahoga counties and is the company's third and largest acquisition since 2018.
