TruArc Partners, a middle‑market private equity firm, has acquired Schill Grounds Management from Argonne Capital Group. Cleveland‑based Schill is a commercial landscaping provider with more than 30 branches across the Midwest and Mid‑Atlantic; TruArc plans to accelerate organic growth, pursue add‑on acquisitions and expand the company's geographic footprint while founder Jerry Schill remains CEO.

About a dozen commercial employees, equipment and use of a portion of The Ohio Valley Group's facilities will transfer to Schill while the Dangelos retain residential operations and pursue other ventures.

Schill Grounds Management has acquired TLC Landscaping (London, Ontario) — its first international acquisition — to expand into the Greater Toronto Area, and separately purchased Grounds Elite, LLC in Cincinnati to deepen its southwest Ohio footprint. TLC will continue operating under its name with its leadership joining Schill's Canada operations; the deals are part of Schill's ongoing roll-up strategy (Schill is a platform backed by Argonne Capital Group) and bring the combined team to roughly 775 employees.

Argonne Capital Group Acquires Keystone Fireworks

Argonne Capital Group has acquired Keystone Fireworks, a Pennsylvania-based retailer that designs, imports and sells proprietary consumer fireworks through licensed stores. Alignment Credit acted as sole lead arranger and administrative agent for a senior secured credit facility to support the buyout and enable the company's future growth under Argonne's ownership.
