LEOTEK, a San Jose–based AI-powered traffic IoT operator, has acquired the traffic business of Dialight, a UK-based LED lighting manufacturer. The deal expands LEOTEK's product and service portfolio in traffic signals, roadway lighting and AI roadway management to accelerate energy- and carbon-reduction initiatives and strengthen its position in the Americas.
