ATL Partners and BCI Acquire Valence Surface Technologies

ATL Partners and British Columbia Investment Management Corporation (BCI) acquired Valence Surface Technologies LLC from Trive Capital Fund I. Valence, a Houston-based provider of aerospace surface finishing services with eight U.S. facilities, will be supported by ATL and BCI to expand capabilities, geographic footprint and pursue add-on growth opportunities.
