Valence Surface Technologies, a PE-backed aerospace surface-finishing platform, has acquired B&M Painting, a Camden, Arkansas-based metal finishing and specialty coatings provider serving aerospace and defense primes. The deal—Valence's tenth add-on since formation and supported by majority owners ATL Partners and BCI—adds regional defense-focused coating capabilities while retaining B&M's existing management and workforce.
