Amphenol Announces Open Offer to Acquire Stake in ADC India Communications Limited

Amphenol Corporation announced an open offer to acquire up to 1,196,000 equity shares (26.0% of voting share capital) of ADC India Communications Limited following its completed acquisition of the Connectivity and Cable Solutions business from Vistance Networks, Inc. The offer price is INR 1,233.59 per share (total consideration of INR 1,475,373,640 if fully accepted, ~US$16.36 million) and is being made to public shareholders under SEBI (SAST) Regulations.

The deal expands Cogenuity's advanced industrial platform capabilities across aerospace, defense, data center, medical, and industrial end markets.
