Amphenol Corporation acquired Integrated Cable Assembly Holdings, Inc. (ICA) from Granite Bridge Partners in September 2022. The acquisition adds ICA’s network of U.S. and Mexico cable-assembly and wire-harness manufacturing facilities to Amphenol’s portfolio to expand manufacturing capacity, capabilities and end-market coverage.

The transaction brings approximately 20,000 CCS employees and expected full-year 2026 sales of about $4.1 billion to Amphenol, expanding its fiber‑optic interconnect and industrial interconnect product offerings; CommScope is divesting CCS to repay debt, redeem preferred equity and reposition its remaining business as Vistance Networks.

The offer price is INR 1,233.59 per share (total consideration of INR 1,475,373,640 if fully accepted, ~US$16.36 million) and is being made to public shareholders under SEBI (SAST) Regulations.
