INVISION and PINOVA Acquire Utimaco's Lawful Interception Business (Utimaco TS)

Swiss investor INVISION and German private equity firm PINOVA have acquired Utimaco’s Telecom Solutions division (Utimaco TS), a carve-out focused on Lawful Interception Management Systems. The transaction closed on September 30, 2025 and the newly independent company began operating on October 1, 2025, enabling the unit to pursue a dedicated growth strategy under its new owners.
