CTI Towers Acquires SCI Towers

CTI Towers, a portfolio company of Palistar Capital, has completed the acquisition of SCI Towers, an independent communications tower developer that CTI had partnered with since 2016. The deal adds a significant number of recently-built towers and sites in development—primarily in the Southeastern United States—to CTI Towers' existing portfolio of ~1,200 towers.

Palistar Capital combined the pool of wireless assets managed by its affiliate Symphony Wireless with its portfolio company CTI Towers, creating a new combined platform named Symphony Towers Infrastructure to operate approximately 3,000 tower, rooftop and non-traditional cell sites across the U.S. The move consolidates management and operations to drive scale, create operational efficiencies and support continued organic and inorganic growth of the wireless tower portfolio.

Phoenix Tower International Acquires Tower Ventures Holdings (197 U.S. Tower Sites)

Phoenix Tower International (PTI) has acquired a 100% ownership interest in Tower Ventures Holdings, LLC and related entities, gaining ownership of 197 wireless communication towers across the United States. The deal — terms confidential — expands PTI's U.S. tower portfolio ahead of 5G deployments; Tower Ventures is a Memphis, Tennessee–based tower operator previously owned by its management team with an investment from BBH Capital Partners.

Novacap Partners with Communications Tower Group (CTG)

CTG, headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina and founded in 2015, is a developer and operator of communications tower infrastructure focused on supporting wireless network deployments including 5G.

Enghouse Systems Limited Acquires CTI Group (Holdings) Inc.

Enghouse Systems Limited has completed the acquisition of CTI Group (Holdings) Inc. for U$0.61 per share, representing a 76% premium to the prior closing price. CTI, an Indianapolis-headquartered provider of carrier-grade analytics, call recording and enterprise communications management software, will complement Enghouse's telecommunications operator solutions; Cherry Tree acted as advisor to CTI's board.

Berkshire Partners Acquires Majority Stake in TowerNorth
