DispatchTrack, a San Jose-area provider of SaaS last-mile delivery solutions, closed a $144 million growth financing round led by growth equity firm Spectrum Equity. The capital will support product innovation, geographic expansion and scaling of DispatchTrack's delivery orchestration platform for retailers, 3PLs, grocers, restaurants and field-service providers.

ZenBusiness Acquires Ureeka

Volaris Group Acquires Eureka Technology

Volaris Group has acquired Eureka Technology, a French provider of the Dispatch Real Time Suite ERP for transport, courier and just-in-time delivery operators. Eureka — founded in 2002 and operating two offices in France with 34 employees — will retain its name and autonomy while gaining Volaris's financial and operational support to expand within the asset management and logistics vertical.

RapidWorks Acquires Visual Dispatch

Verndale Acquires Yaksa

Databricks Acquires Okera

Databricks announced it will acquire San Francisco-based Okera, a startup that builds no-code, AI-powered data governance tools for managing sensitive and personally identifiable data. Financial terms were not disclosed; the deal is expected to close later this month. Okera was last valued at $100 million in 2021 and had raised nearly $40 million, the company confirmed.
