48forty Solutions, a portfolio company of Audax Private Equity, has acquired Bo's Pallets, a family-owned pallet recycler based in Adairsville and McIntyre, Georgia. The add-on expands 48forty's pallet recycling and automation capabilities across its national pallet management network; terms were not disclosed.
