Allegion plc Acquires STANLEY Access Technologies from Stanley Black & Decker

Allegion plc has completed the acquisition of STANLEY Access Technologies and related automatic entrance assets from Stanley Black & Decker for $900 million in cash. The purchase adds a leading North American manufacturer, installer and service provider of automatic doors—with ~ $340 million in 2021 net sales—strengthening Allegion's seamless access product portfolio and installation/maintenance capabilities in the Americas.

Allegion Acquires ISONAS

Allegion plc has agreed to acquire Boulder, Colorado-based access control company ISONAS; the deal is expected to close early in the third quarter of 2018, subject to customary conditions. ISONAS, which generated approximately $6 million in net sales in 2017, will operate within Allegion's Americas region and expand Allegion's portfolio of IP-based access control technologies.
