BV Investment Partners Acquires Alacrity's Managed Repair Program, Launches Altimeter Solutions Group

BV Investment Partners has acquired the Managed Repair Program division from Alacrity Solutions and rebranded the business as Altimeter Solutions Group. The carve-out — the first investment from BV's Fund XII (with capital from Funds XI and XII) — creates a standalone, tech-enabled managed repair platform serving property-insurance carriers and will be operated in partnership with the existing leadership team.

Harvest Partners' non-control SCF vehicle also invested to support the transaction while existing investors Genstar Capital and TA Associates retained minority stakes; proceeds will be used to accelerate PDI's global growth, product innovation and strategic add-on activity.
