Actylis has acquired Pharm-Rx, a Saddle Brook, New Jersey-based supplier of specialty ingredients for the vitamin, mineral and supplement (VMS), OTC and pharmaceutical markets. The deal expands Actylis' nutrition and OTC capabilities and supplier partnerships; Pharm-Rx will continue to operate under its brand and Mark Bostel will become President, Global Nutrition and OTC for Actylis. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Afya Limited (Nasdaq: AFYA) has acquired 100% of RX PRO, a Brazil-based digital platform that connects physicians with pharmaceutical companies by delivering free samples and medical updates. The acquisition (enterprise value R$35.4 million) expands Afya's digital prescription capabilities and strengthens its physician-centric digital ecosystem, with part of the consideration in cash and Afya stock plus an earn-out tied to future revenue targets.

ProPharma Group Acquires OneSource Regulatory and OneSource Regulatory Technology

The deal brings OneSource’s regulatory consulting and promotional/labeling review expertise (headquartered in McKinney, Texas) into ProPharma’s global life sciences services platform; Edgemont Partners acted as exclusive financial advisor to OneSource.

AmerisourceBergen Corporation acquired a majority stake in PharmaLex from funds advised by AUCTUS Capital Partners AG in a transaction that closed at year-end 2022 for approximately EUR 1.28 billion. PharmaLex, a Germany-headquartered provider of regulatory, clinical development and pharmacovigilance services to the life sciences industry, was grown under AUCTUS through a buy-and-build program of 38 add-ons and will expand AmerisourceBergen's global pharmaceutical solutions.

Ellab Acquires PharmaSys, Inc.
