Latécoère Acquires Avcorp Industries Inc.

Latécoère has agreed to acquire all outstanding common shares of Avcorp Industries Inc. for approximately CAD$41 million, strengthening its Aerostructures business by adding wing sub-assemblies, large-scale composite capabilities and North American manufacturing footprint. The acquisition increases Latécoère's exposure to North American defence and commercial aircraft platforms (including the B737 Max and F-35) and is expected to close in 2022 subject to customary approvals.

Luxaviation Group Acquires Paragon Aviation Group

Luxaviation Group has completed the full acquisition of Paragon Aviation Group, integrating Paragon’s network of FBOs and international handling agents into Luxaviation’s global business aviation platform. The deal expands Luxaviation’s fixed-base operator (FBO) network to over 140 locations and strengthens its global service offerings for general and business aviation customers.

West Star is a leading independent provider of MRO (maintenance, repair, and overhaul) services to the business aviation industry with primary locations in East Alton, Illinois; Grand Junction, Colorado; Chattanooga, Tennessee; and Perryville, Missouri.

LineStar Utility Supply Acquires Distributions Limotrique

STS Aviation Group Acquires Airbase Services, Inc.

STS Aviation Group acquired Airbase Services, Inc., an aircraft interiors maintenance, repair and management specialist based in Montreal, Quebec. The acquisition gives STS immediate entry into the Canadian MRO market through Airbase’s four Transport Canada–approved facilities (YUL, YYZ, YWG, YVR); terms were not disclosed and Airbase’s acting president Lena Watters will remain on as President.

TJC (Resolute VI) Acquires L3Harris' Commercial Aviation Solutions (Acron Aviation)

An affiliate of The Resolute Fund VI (managed by TJC, L.P.) has closed the acquisition of L3Harris Technologies' Commercial Aviation Solutions (CAS) business for $800 million in cash. The CAS business — comprising an Avionics manufacturing unit and a Commercial Training Solutions unit — will operate under the new name Acron Aviation and serves commercial, business/regional and military aviation customers worldwide. The sale represents L3Harris' divestiture of a commercial-focused unit to focus on its core defense operations.
