Pinnacle Treatment Centers Acquires Four Opioid Treatment Programs in Virginia's Tidewater Region

Pinnacle Treatment Centers (a Linden Capital Partners portfolio company) acquired four outpatient opioid treatment programs in Virginia’s Tidewater region — three OTP sites operating as American Addiction Treatment Center (AATC) (Hayes, Newport News, Williamsburg) and one office-based opioid treatment (Addiction Medicine Specialists Inc.) in Newport News. Golub Capital provided financing for the transaction. The acquisition expands Pinnacle’s outpatient footprint and access to Medicaid in underserved Virginia communities.
