Transcarent announced it will acquire the AI-powered virtual care platform and care business of 98point6, adding 98point6’s text-based virtual primary care technology and affiliated medical group to Transcarent’s integrated health and care experience platform. The deal (announced March 6, 2023) transfers the care delivery business to Transcarent while 98point6 Technologies will continue focusing on licensing its technology to third-party providers.
