InterVision, a PE-backed IT managed services provider (principal shareholders include MidOcean Partners and Huron Capital), will integrate SyCom's Mid-Atlantic offices and technical staff to broaden geographic coverage and technical depth for enterprise, healthcare, education and government clients.
