TSG Group has completed three bolt-on acquisitions — Ecosun Expert S.A.S. (France), Electricité Reiter & Grethen S.A. (Luxembourg) and Gevitec BV (Belgium) — to strengthen its capabilities in photovoltaic energy, electric mobility and energy infrastructure across Europe. The deals expand TSG’s technical services footprint and deepen its turnkey solar and electrical installation expertise as part of an accelerated roll-up strategy supported by its investor HLD.

TÜV SÜD Acquires Carspect Group from IK Partners
