TÜV SÜD has acquired Sustainable Investment Group, LLC (SIG) and Green Building Education Systems, LLC (GBES), two Atlanta-based firms that provide sustainable building consulting and LEED/WELL training. The acquisition expands TÜV SÜD’s sustainability services and training capabilities while strengthening its presence in the U.S. real estate market.

IK Partners Acquires Truesec Group AB

IK Partners’ IK IX Fund has signed an agreement to acquire Truesec Group AB from Sobro, with management and employees reinvesting; financial terms were not disclosed. Truesec, founded in 2005 and headquartered in Stockholm, is a leading independent Swedish cybersecurity services provider (~180 employees) and IK will support its international expansion and continued capability development.

Cornell Capital Acquires Spectrum Automotive Holdings Corp.

Cornell Capital LLC has acquired Spectrum Automotive Holdings Corp. from Southfield Capital; terms were not disclosed. Spectrum, headquartered in Fairfield, New Jersey, is an agent, marketer and administrator of finance and insurance (F&I) products serving more than 1,400 dealers, OEMs and administrators across the U.S. Southfield Capital had owned Spectrum since 2015 and the management team will remain as significant shareholders alongside Cornell Capital.
