Partners Group has acquired SureWerx, a leading North American supplier of personal protective equipment, safety gear and tools, from The Riverside Company. SureWerx — co‑headquartered in Coquitlam, British Columbia and Elgin, Illinois — was grown under Riverside through expanded sales infrastructure, digital capabilities and eight add‑on acquisitions; Partners Group will take the company forward as a platform for further growth.

Terms were not disclosed; the deal expands SureWerx's fall protection product portfolio and brings Reliance's engineered systems and brands into SureWerx's distribution channels.

SureWerx Acquires Footwear Specialties International (FSI)
