Partners Group has acquired SureWerx, a leading North American supplier of personal protective equipment, safety gear and tools, from The Riverside Company. SureWerx — co‑headquartered in Coquitlam, British Columbia and Elgin, Illinois — was grown under Riverside through expanded sales infrastructure, digital capabilities and eight add‑on acquisitions; Partners Group will take the company forward as a platform for further growth.

SureWerx Acquires Oberon Company

SureWerx, a Riverside-backed global provider of safety products, has acquired Oberon Company, a U.S.-based designer and manufacturer of arc flash personal protective equipment (PPE). The deal is an add-on to SureWerx’s portfolio (following Riverside’s ownership) intended to expand SureWerx’s technical PPE offerings and accelerate Oberon’s growth through SureWerx’s distribution network.

SureWerx (Riverside Portfolio) Acquires Geroline Inc. (K1 Series)

SureWerx, the safety-products platform owned by private equity firm The Riverside Company, acquired Geroline Inc., the developer of the K1 Series mid-sole traction aids. The add-on deal brings the K1 brand into SureWerx’s distribution network to expand its slip-protection product portfolio; terms were not disclosed.
